Agentic Builder Guide · the starting point

The package that turns it on.

A starter constitution, five skills you can copy, a folder structure, and the five-step method for building judgment into an AI project. Free, no account, nothing to install. The full guide sits underneath when you want more.

The method

Five steps, in order

The sequence from the workshop proposal. The first output is the easy part; the agent forgets everything between sessions unless it has been written down somewhere it reads. These five steps are how judgment gets in and stays in.

1

Notice

A recurring problem, who it affects, and what a useful result would look like.

2

Investigate

Gather references and expertise. Write the constitution: purpose, values, authority, evidence, revision.

3

Test

Where the AI gets it wrong, and whether the result helps the person it is for.

4

Preserve

Decisions and corrections saved as files the next session reads: skills, a decision journal, a build log.

5

Revisit

Feedback and changed sources update the project. Rules that no longer help are retired.
